¼ red bell pepper
¼ yellow bell pepper
1 chopped broccoli florets
fat-free sharp cheddar cheese, grated and divided
pinch salt and a pinch of chili powder
Procedure
1 Mix the egg whites with the peppers, broccoli, chili flakes and sea salt . Pour the mix in a frying pan and cook one side and add the cheese on top of the omelet. Put some foil on top to cook it through.
