Spicy Baked Salmon


1 Salmon Fillet (128g)
1 Garlic Clove
1 Spring Onion Stalk
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
Pinch of Salt

Really simple marinade for fresh salmon that can be whipped up in minutes. Tasty way to increase your daily Omega 3′s. I served this with rosemary and garlic green beans and sweet mashed potato.


Preheat oven to 160C.

Finely chop the spring onion and garlic.

Combine all the ingredients except the spring onion, use water to get the desired consistency and spread over the salmon. Sprinkle on the chopped spring onion.

Place the salmon in the oven for around 20 minutes.
