Chickpeas mini balls are easy to make & perfect for those who like salty treats. Check out the recipe below –
- Dough Ingredients:
-1 Cup Chickpea Flour.
-1 Cup Oats.
-30ml Coconut Milk.
-100ml Water
-2 Tbsp Chia Seed.
-1/4 Teaspoon of Cumin, Paprika & Pink Salt.
- Topping:
-1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds.
-1/2 Teaspoon Paprika.
-1 Teaspoon Pink Salt. - Dough Method:
Mix all the dough ingredients until they become thick like a paste, then set your paste aside. Prepare the sesame seeds mixture (topping) and before baking your mini balls, roll them over your sesame seeds. You can use 1 Teaspoon topping to make each mini ball. - Baking:
Preheat your oven at 170 Celsius and let your mini-balls bake from 20-25 minutes.
