Ideal body composition is where you are below a certain fat percentage which is termed to be healthy and have a certain amount of muscle mass. Body composition is the proportion of fat and fat-free mass in your body. A healthy body composition is one that includes a lower percentage of body fat and a higher percentage of fat-free mass, which includes muscle, bones, and organs. In order to achieve an ideal body composition one pay equal attention to all the other factors of fitness with Adequate attention to them.
Exercises break the muscle and the repairing them requires adequate nutrition to be given so that the repair of muscles happens faster. An appropriate nutrition plan involves a proper balance of Proteins, Good Fats and Carbohydrates in order to rebuild the muscles that have gone through wear and tear. An ideal body fat percentage for men would be under 15% while for females it would be ideal to keep the fat under 20%.
Idea body composition typically cannot be achieved if one of the components fitness is compromised. To achieve optimum results, a Right exercise plan with the right kind of exercises coupled with cardiovascular training and flexibility training which is supplemented with the right nutrition leads to an ideal body being achieved.
