Another important benefit of consuming fish is that the omega 3 breaks down triglycerides and fatty acids in the liver thus lowering he risk of fatty lover disease.
A healthy diet would be the one that includes a healthy balance of proteins, good fats and carbohydrates in optimal quantities. Even proteins should come from various sources and not jut one but preferably from a first class source of protein.
