Dehydrataion may be the cause of your Headache!

There are several kinds of headaches. One of the most common ones is the dehydration headache, which is caused by not having enough fluid in the body.
Drinking sufficient water can aid as a treatment for these headaches. Headaches are mostly caused by fatigue, while fatigue is a side effect of dehydration. So, if dehydration is the cause of fatigue and fatigue is the cause of the headache – start by treating the fatigue and get hydrated.

What exactly happens?
Many researchers have found that not drinking enough water can cause blood volume to drop. This results in less oxygen and blood flow to the brain and dilated blood vessels. The nerves in the brain respond by producing pain signals, almost like a cry for help that you need to hydrate.
Once rehydrated, the blood flow to the brain is boosted and returns to its normal state, relieving the headache.

Final word:
Drink several glasses of fresh, filtered water each day, even if you’re not thirsty. It also helps to eat foods that are naturally rich in water, like most fruits and vegetables.
If a person experiences a headache even after staying fully hydrated, then they should consult a doctor to rule out other underlying causes.
