Here is a simple recipe for protein chocolate cake, or we must say a much healthier and nutritious version of the chocolate cake.
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
2 Whole Eggs
2 Teaspoon of Honey
2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Tip: Add about 20ml of Water to be able to blend it easily
*Directions to make the cake:*
Blend 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 Tablespoon All Purpose Gluten Free Flour, 2 Whole Egg, 1 Teaspoon of Honey, and 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil until it turns into a creamy consistency.
Pour the cake mixture into a tray in case you don’t have a Muffin Toaster Machine.
Add a little Coconut Oil on the tray to avoid the cake to stick on the tray:
On the Muffin Toaster, cook from 3 to max 4 minutes as the cakes are small.
However, in case you try this on a bigger tray, place in the oven for about 8 to 10mins.
*Directions to make the Chocolate topping:*
Mix 2 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 1 Teaspoon Honey, 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil, and about 20ml of Water together in a bowl with a spoon until it becomes creamy.
Note: Once everything is ready, add Chocolate on top of the cake and keep it in the fridge for 30 mins.
You may also add nuts such as almonds, walnuts, cashews, etc. to make it more nutritious.
