Breakfast Burritos

6 egg white 1 wrap

¼ fat-free sharp cheddar
cheese, grated and divided

1 teaspoon pinch

Salsa

potatoes, peeled and cubed

Italian seasoning

Procedure

1 Spray a frying pan with fat free cooking spray. Scramble the egg whites in the pan. In another sprayed pan roast the potatoes with the seasoning until the have a brownish color. Spread the egg whites on the wrap and add the fat free cheese on top. Add the potatoes and salsa. Roll the wrap together and use a tooth pick to seal it.
